You’ll still find the roasted turkey, the stuffing, the mashed potatoes, and the apple tart. What makes a Berber Street Food Thanksgiving different is what we bring to them: suya butter basting the turkey, harissa-maple glaze on the salmon, piri-piri on the delicata squash, and hibiscus folded into the cranberry compote.
Every dish is prepared in our chef-owned, halal kitchen led by Chef Diana Tandia, whose fine-dining background and Mauritanian roots shape the whole menu.
